I struggle with swallowing pills. How do I properly take and store opened supplement capsules?

If you have difficulty swallowing capsules, you can open them and mix the contents with a small amount of water, juice, or food such as applesauce. Take immediately after mixing. Store opened capsules in a cool, dry place in an airtight container. Be aware that Advanced TUDCA has a strong taste and we recommend not mixing this capsule in a flavorless fluid like water. Also, Para 1 should not be mixed with fluid however it can be sprinkled on a bite of food and swallowed immediately. You might prefer to transfer the contents of the capsules into a smaller capsule size (blank capsules can be purchased on Amazon). Always check the product label for specific storage instructions.
