How do I transition between the OPEN, CLEAR, and REBUILD phases of the protocol?

Typically, you'll spend about 4 weeks on the OPEN protocol before moving to CLEAR. Ensure you've reached full dosing on OPEN supplements for at least 2-3 weeks before transitioning. The CLEAR protocol lasts about 8 weeks. You can introduce REBUILD supplements anytime you'd like. Laura recommends adding Rebuild a few weeks after starting OPEN and continue them alongside CLEAR.
